Turbo Metabolic Training is really an idea that had its beginnings more than 30 years ago. It's a culmination of that experience, of different training methods and genres, and, quite literally, trial and error. In 1993, Jason got his first job as a personal trainer at the Bobby E. Leach Center at Florida State University. Since then, he has worked with almost every population of people and has helped thousands change their health and fitness for the better.
So what about the fitness industry keeps him motivated? And why is now the time to start TMT? And why here, in Celina, Texas?
To find out, please read a message below from Jason.
Two things really are what have kept me in It all of these years.
One, the industry is constantly and forever changing. There's always new information about the human body and how It responds to training, nutrition, supplements, sleep, toxins, and other stressors. There's new methods of training, new equipment, and new ways to treat injuries and correct imbalances. I personally get bored if I’m not moving forward, overcoming challenges and getting better at my craft.
Two, and most important, I love being able to have a positive impact on people's lives. I mean, you can really have a profound impact! On both their physical and mental state. How many professions can you say that about?
I've had family here for close to 25 years and I’ve always loved the great people here. I think there's a need for what we want to bring to the area. My wife Morgan and I want to build a welcoming fitness community, another family really. We hope you get the best workout of your life while forming bonds that will last a lifetime. We want to bring our knowledge and experience, and educate the masses on everything health and fitness. And grow with the expanding community of Celina!
Over the years, I’ve done virtually every training program, and I believe we’ve found the best with Metabolic Training. Our goal is to be as close to a one stop fitness shop as we can be, and to inspire confidence in our members.
